Job summary

Qualifications

• Nursing Assistant Certificate required (Level 1 or Level 2 in Oregon).

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care under the supervision of the RN in CNA 2 Acute Care.
• Follow predetermined procedures and seek guidance as needed.
• Document and relay patient information accurately; report observations promptly.
• Maintain patient safety, privacy, and confidentiality per policies and regulations.
• Operate and apply standard nursing procedures and equipment as trained.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and participate in unit activities.
