Job summary

Inova Loudoun Hospital is seeking a Clinical Technician 1 to join the Acute Care Unit in Leesburg, VA. The role provides direct patient care under RN supervision, with rotating night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, and rotating days, weekends & holidays.

Strong communication and professionalism are essential. Training includes six weeks of paid instruction, with virtual orientations and on-unit shifts, plus required BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED/HSE.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire
• Special Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift minimum of 35lbs pounds

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurses.
• Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors.
• Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system.
