• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Upon hire: California Pharmacist Registered.
• Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) - where applicable.
• California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.
• Support integrated pharmacy operational services as part of the care team.
