Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license required in California at start or upon hire.

• BLS certification to be obtained where applicable.
• Fire and Life Safety Card required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, individualized pharmaceutical care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Deliver integrated pharmacy services to optimize patient therapy outcomes and quality of life.
• Support clinical operations within a Magnet-designated hospital setting.
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians to ensure safe medication use.
