• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification where applicable, upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the therapeutic consultant in rational and appropriate use of medications and provide clinical pharmacy services.
• Collaborate with care teams to optimize medication therapy and support patient outcomes in an acute care setting.
