Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recommend formulary alternatives, advise medical staff on drug therapy issues, and monitor laboratory results.

• Calculate drug dosages, verify orders, and prepare compounded or sterile medications using aseptic techniques.
• Report supply needs, supervise pharmacy staff and students, and coordinate activities with healthcare teams.
• Assist in policy review and ensure compliance with departmental standards.
