Job summary
Morrison Healthcare in Apple Valley, CA is seeking a Clinical Dietitian in an acute care hospital to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education.
You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and kitchen staff to promote patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.
This full-time role includes relocation assistance, CDR dues coverage, free CEUs, and education reimbursement to support your professional growth.
Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible
- Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
- Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to patients, families, staff, and the community
- Apply the latest research in alignment with diet manuals, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high‑quality, consistent care
- Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
- Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
- Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable
