Qualifications

• RDN or CDR exam eligibility required
• Licensed Dietitian in the practicing state preferred

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
• Education: Guide on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable wellness for patients, families, staff, and community
• Evidence-Based Practice: Apply the latest research in alignment with diet manual, policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality care
• Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance patient care and clinical excellence
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: Partner with food service management to achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
• Mentorship & Professional Development: Support growth of staff and dietetic interns through training as applicable
