Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Registration eligible grads must complete a master’s degree by Jan 1, 2024.
• ACEND accredited Didactic Program in Dietetics, Dietetic Internship, Coordinated Program, or graduate‑level program.
• State licensure or certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) as an RD/RDN in acute care and specialized populations.
• Apply the Nutrition Care Process to assess and manage nutrition needs in a hospital setting.
• Provide advanced nutrition counseling to support behavior change and patient outcomes.
• Utilize clinical nutrition tools and technology to develop personalized care plans.
• Mentor dietetic interns and newer staff; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
