Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior accreditation and regulatory services leader to ensure compliance with accreditation standards and state and federal regulations across acute care facilities.

You will develop and implement processes for external accreditation, licensure, and certification; lead knowledge-transfer initiatives; and collaborate with Patient Safety to advance Caring Reliably and create a transparent, learning organization under the Executive Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 5 years experience in acute care (hospital) setting.
• 3 years experience in leadership role for environment of care or emergency management.
• Formal NFPA code training (preferred).
• NIMS training (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support accreditation compliance with standards and regulations in acute care settings.
• Develop processes to maintain external accreditation, licensure, and certification.
• Lead knowledge-transfer initiatives related to accreditation services programs.
