You will assist in treatment, safety, daily living activities, and participate in multidisciplinary rounds while pursuing high standards of service excellence.

Requirements include current BLS, and one of: EMT, Medical Assistant, or High School Diploma. The role emphasizes infection control, professional appearance, and adherence to hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association upon hire or within 30 days of start date and maintain certification throughout employment.
• Must possess one of the following: EMT Certification, Medical Assistant Certification, or High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Attend 80% of departmental staff meetings.
• Demonstrate proper Infection Control procedures by consistently using standard precautions.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance consistent with hospital dress code.
• Complies with local, state, federal and JC standards and guidelines.
• Adheres to safety policy and procedures to promote safe work practices.
• Treats patients with respect according to patient rights and responsibilities.
