Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a social services field preferred, or RN licensure.
• RN with associate's or bachelor's in nursing also acceptable.
• 1+ year experience in healthcare admissions.
• 1+ year supervisory/lead experience in admissions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of patient intake/admissions, including call and referral management and scheduling.
• Plan, assign, supervise, and perform duties to ensure patient safety and department efficiency.
• Prioritize admissions based on patient needs and facility capacity.
• Provide guidance and direction to staff, fostering teamwork and trust.
