Job summary

Oscar Associates Limited (US) is seeking an experienced Acumatica Implementation Specialist to lead ERP deployments and support clients across the full project lifecycle. This client-facing role requires strong Acumatica or ERP implementation experience, plus a solid accounting/finance background to translate business needs into practical system solutions.

You will gather requirements, configure Acumatica, train users, and ensure successful delivery with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ERP implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Strong Acumatica experience preferred and hands-on capability.
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial processes.
• Controller experience in small/mid-sized businesses is desirable.
• Experience gathering requirements and working directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead Acumatica ERP implementations from discovery through go-live.
• Gather client requirements and configure Acumatica around business processes.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operations to map workflows and improvements.
• Configure modules, reports, and system settings.
• Support integrations between Acumatica and third-party apps.
• Troubleshoot issues during implementations.
• Deliver client training and support user adoption.
• Create process docs, user guides, and training material.
• Track project progress, risks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Work with consultants, developers, and PMs to ensure delivery.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Acumatica features and updates.
