Job summary

Adastra is seeking an experienced Acumatica Administrator to manage, support, and optimize our Acumatica ERP environment. You will work with the Senior Acumatica Administrator to implement solutions, configure modules, and support day‑to‑day operations.

The role emphasizes system integrations, automation, and data integrity across Acumatica and Salesforce, including REST APIs and web services. Strong troubleshooting and ERP implementation experience are essential.

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on Acumatica administration experience.
Strong understanding of Acumatica ERP functionality and business processes.
Experience with Salesforce administration and/or system integration.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, web services and ERP integrations.
Experience creating and managing Acumatica Generic Inquiries, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or system optimization.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of Acumatica ERP.
Work closely with the Senior Acumatica Administrator to support system requirements and implement solutions.
Configure modules, workflows, business processes, security roles, users, and system settings.
Troubleshoot and resolve Acumatica issues and provide support to end users.
Develop and maintain integrations between Acumatica, Salesforce, and other business applications.
Work with REST APIs, web services, and other integration technologies to support data exchange and automation.
Monitor data integrity and ensure accurate information flows between systems.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, Generic Inquiries, and system queries.
Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve system efficiency.
Support Acumatica upgrades, testing, customizations, and new functionality.
Manage user access, security, permissions, and system documentation.
Work with third‑party vendors, developers, and consultants when additional technical support is required.
Assist with Salesforce administration and integration-related initiatives.
