Job summary

AF Group in the United States seeks an experienced Actuarial professional to perform advanced analyses, design exhibits, and develop recommendations for pricing, loss reserving, product development, and capital management. You will communicate findings to senior management and partners and mentor junior analysts.

The role requires ACAS, a bachelor's in Actuarial Science or Mathematics, 4+ years of property and casualty actuarial experience, and excellent written and oral communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• ACAS required; FCAS designation preferred.
• Minimum 4 years property and casualty actuarial experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform actuarial analyses for pricing, loss reserving, product development, and capital management.
• Communicate findings via presentations, reports, and pricing tools.
• Document work and improve internal processes.
• Help design and maintain pricing, reserving, reinsurance and forecasting models.
• Collaborate with business units to drive strategic plans and metrics.
• Monitor premium and loss ratio projections and communicate status to senior management.
