Lincoln Financial Group in Radnor, PA is seeking an experienced analytics professional to lead strategic pricing, product and risk reporting initiatives. You will influence senior leaders, manage cross‑functional workstreams, and deliver data‑driven recommendations with strong governance.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in pricing, product or risk within financial services, a quantitative degree, advanced Excel and a programming/analytics tool (Python, SQL or Power BI), and proven project

Qualificações

• 6+ years in pricing, product, reporting, or risk management in financial services
• Execution across multiple stakeholders and scoping to implementation
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders
• Proficiency in actuarial, mathematical and financial concepts
• 4 Year/Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field
• Progress toward professional designation (e.g., FSA/ASA/CFA) is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Lead assigned workstreams on strategic initiatives from scope through implementation
• Present findings and recommendations to leaders across Finance, Product, Investments and Risk
• Evaluate market dynamics, profitability and risk exposures to deliver actionable insights
• Deliver monthly/quarterly reporting on product performance, pricing and governance
• Identify process improvements and automate data visualization to raise efficiency
