Humana, Inc. in the United States seeks an Actuary, Analytics/Forecasting to analyze and forecast financial and economic data, guiding strategic and operational decisions across the organization.

You will establish metrics, deliver analyses, support utilization management projections, troubleshoot data anomalies, and advise executives on matters of significance while working remotely with occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree FSA or ASA plus relevant advanced degree or other professional designation
• MAAA designation
• Proven ability to articulate ideas in written and oral form
• Experience in more than two actuarial functions (e.g., modeling, pricing, rate filing, reporting & analysis, reserving or trending)

• Analyze and forecast financial, economic, and other data to guide strategic and operational decisions.
• Establish metrics, deliver data analyses, and support business intelligence.
• Evaluate industry trends and develop projections for short-, medium-, and long-term positions.
