Humana, Inc. is seeking an Actuary, Analytics/Forecasting to analyze and forecast financial and economic data to guide strategic decisions across Utilization Management programs. You will establish metrics, deliver data analyses, and support business intelligence initiatives.

Reporting to the Director, you will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity, perform root-cause analysis, and advise executives on matters shaping functional strategies, often with independence.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• FSA or ASA with relevant advanced degree or other designations.
• MAAA designation preferred.
• Ability to articulate ideas in writing and speech.
• Experience in more than two functions (e.g., modeling, pricing, rate filing, reporting & analysis, reserving or trending).
