Job summary

The role leads research across business units, coordinates cross-functional collaboration, and presents insights; telecommuting up to ~60% of the week. Base salary range mirrors market with annual bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading mortality and morbidity research with statistical analysis and data analytics.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across operational, functional, and technical disciplines.
• Experience developing and validating complex actuarial and statistical models from large datasets.
• Experience presenting analyses to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience learning and using data visualization, database, and actuarial software applications.
• Experience analyzing life, health, and/or annuity products and mortality/lapse studies.
• FSA Accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on future population mortality and morbidity views.
• Lead mortality and morbidity research across Americas business units.
• Coordinate collaboration and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Develop mortality improvement assumptions and post-pandemic guidance.
• Present findings at internal/external meetings.
