Job summary

Jobtailor in Illinois seeks an experienced Lead Actuary to guide reserving, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. You will lead analyses, mentor talent, and partner with Underwriting, Reinsurance, and Accounting to drive business outcomes.

You will develop models, present insights to senior leadership, and ensure alignment with company priorities while traveling up to 15% as needed. ACAS is required; FCAS preferred; 8+ years of experience in commercial lines.
