The Cigna Group’s Actuarial Executive Development Program (AEDP) offers an 11-week internship designed to grow as a modern actuary and leader.

As an AEDP intern, you’ll own a high‑impact actuarial or analytical project, analyze data to reveal pricing and forecasting insights, and communicate findings to stakeholders. You’ll receive mentorship, training, and exposure to leaders shaping healthcare, with relocation housing and actuarial exam support provided.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree with at least two years completed.
• Minimum 3.2 GPA.
• Uses data to solve real-world problems and connect analysis to business impact.
• Familiar with Excel; exposure to Python, R, SQL, AI tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership potential.
• Completion of at least one actuarial exam preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own a high-impact actuarial or analytical project aligned to real business needs.
