Aon invites intellectually curious rising college seniors to join the 2027 Summer Internship Program in our Actuarial business area. This 10-week paid program offers four paths (SOA/ CAS tracks) across U.S. offices with exposure to leaders, mentoring, and diverse client project experience.

Interns work in a hybrid environment with opportunities to develop pension, health & benefits, risk, and reinsurance expertise while gaining practical, real-world actuarial skills in a global firm.
