Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a creative actuarial professional to support Self-Funded Employer Group EGWP clients. You will apply actuarial methods to pricing strategies, forecast plan performance, and assess financial risk, with opportunities to lead reporting and projections for at least one large EGWP client.

You will collaborate with Sales, Rebate Operations, Underwriting, Clinical, and the Medicare Part D team to deliver analyses that drive profitable growth and client success, using predictive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years actuarial experience.
• ASA or demonstrated progress toward actuarial credentials.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with ASOPs and actuarial standards.

Responsibilities

• Apply ASOPs and actuarial judgment to business decisions.
• Perform experience analyses, assumption setting, profitability studies.
• Develop pricing strategies and money-saving options.
• Educate business partners on Medicare Part D reform impacts.
• Partner with Underwriting, Sales, and Account teams on new business and renewals.
• Explain economic implications to clients and pricing considerations.
• Deliver timely, accurate analyses and recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and support team development.
