You’ll join an energetic, quantitative, client-facing team at Howden Re in New York, NY or Edina, MN, focusing on P&C reserve solutions, client submissions, and capital modeling. You’ll manipulate data, then craft client-ready presentations communicated to brokers and clients.

Candidates are actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a 3.0+ GPA, proficient in Excel/Word/PowerPoint, and legally authorized to work in the US. Actuarial exams and insurance industry experience are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree with GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail is essential; accuracy matters.
• Legally authorized to work in the US; advanced degree nice-to-have.
• Experience in the (re)insurance industry and actuarial exams in progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating client submissions and loss portfolio work.
• Prepare client-ready presentations after data manipulation.
• Support analytics, brokers, and other functions on client needs.
• Own quality and timeliness of analyses and help with internal projects.
