Qualifications

• Minimum two years of college completed in Actuarial, Statistics, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in building spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel required.
• Programming experience in SQL, R, VBA, or other languages preferred.
• Working knowledge of Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research on competitor rate filings for Commercial GL, Property, and Auto lines of business
• Perform competitor analyses for Commercial GL, Property, and Auto lines of business
• Update Tableau dashboards to compare GNY and competitor filings
• Update competitor analysis SQL Server database tables based on rate filings research
• Update and maintain SQL code to output final competitor analysis tables
• Participate in special projects and performs additional duties as required.
