What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct state product reviews and enhance manual rating plans
- Provide risk segmentation and pricing recommendations to ensure financial success
- Analyze results and present findings to internal teams, including product, actuarial, and underwriting
- Develop work plans and ensure delivery of accurate work products
- Lead onboarding and training for new associates on standard work processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, data science, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of actuarial experience
- Proficiency in SQL, DataBricks, and R
- In-depth knowledge of actuarial methodologies and ability to manipulate complex data
- Strong documentation and presentation skills suitable for technical and non-technical audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- General Liability experience is highly preferred
- Exposure to predictive modeling techniques
- Working towards ACAS or FCAS designations
