Job summary

Society Insurance is seeking an experienced Actuarial Associate II to join our Actuarial team. The role focuses on ratemaking, reserving, and modeling analyses, leveraging data and collaborating with underwriting, claims, finance, and leadership.

The candidate will develop templates, maintain documentation, and provide insights for strategic decisions while progressing through actuarial exams in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in math, statistics, economics, or related field.
• Completion of at least four actuarial exams.
• 2 years actuarial experience (or 5 years) in actuarial work.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Database.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ratemaking, reserving, and modeling analyses using IT-provided data.
• Develop data and reports for special projects and maintain templates for ratemaking and reserving methods.
• Document methods and activities clearly and provide analysis of ratemaking and modeling results.
• Pass one CAS exam per year unless Associateship achieved.
