Symetra Bermuda Servicing Company (SBSC) seeks an Actuarial Associate I to support in‑force modeling and regulatory reporting. You will build outputs for quarterly and annual runs, improve reporting processes, and help modernize the modeling ecosystem.
The role requires actuarial education progress, Python/SQL/Power BI skills, and experience with MG-ALFA or similar tools. A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and up to 3 years’ actuarial experience are expected.
About the role: The Production Associate contributes to Symetra Bermuda Servicing Company's ("SBSC's") in force modeling processes and procedures. Reporting to the Production Lead, this person will create SBSC model outputs for a wide range of regulatory reporting. This person will contribute to the success of the company's modeling initiatives through developing expertise on the model and regulatory requirements, modernization of the reporting tools utilized, and improvement initiatives for the overall reporting processes.

Hourly Range: $72,700 - $121,100 plus eligibility for annual bonus programs
