Job summary

PartnerRe is seeking a skilled Actuarial Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will help develop actuarial models and tools, maintain documentation, and support key deliverables within a collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes pricing, experience analysis, and maintaining US Life tools, with a focus on accuracy and adherence to corporate guidelines. A SOA track qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science or related discipline.
• Working towards Associate in the Society of Actuaries or equivalent designation.
• Knowledge of R, Excel, SQL, Tableau and Python is beneficial.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain actuarial models for pricing reinsurance quotes, research projects and/or experience analysis.
• Peer review actuarial models and results performed by other team members.
• Perform experience studies under the direction of senior team members.
• Ensure models meet corporate guidelines and reflect best practices.
• Create and maintain documentation of pricing and/or research materials, actuarial models and experience studies.
• Maintain and provide support for US Life tools.
