Job summary

PartnerRe is seeking a skilled Actuarial Associate to join our team in a hybrid role. You will develop actuarial models for pricing reinsurance quotes, assist with research and experience analyses, and maintain thorough documentation and tools used by the US Life unit.

You will collaborate with senior actuaries, review peers' work, and ensure modeling adheres to guidelines and best practices while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science or related discipline.
• Working towards an Associate in the Society of Actuaries or equivalent designation.
• Knowledge of R, Excel, SQL, Tableau and Python is beneficial.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities efficiently.

• Create and maintain actuarial models for pricing reinsurance quotes, research projects and/or experience analysis.
• Peer review actuarial models and results performed by other team members.
• Perform experience studies under the direction of senior team members.
• Ensure models meet corporate guidelines and reflect best practices.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Actuarial Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing actuarial models and tools, maintaining documentation and supporting key deliverables.

• Knowledge of programs such as R, Excel, SQL, Tableau and Python is beneficial.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities efficiently.
