- Contribute to the development, pricing, and profitability of workers’ compensation insurance products
- Perform actuarial pricing analyses, support rate and regulatory filings
- Participate in projects to develop or enhance products
- Work closely with internal business partners
- Actively monitor product performance through ongoing analysis, reporting, and profitability tracking
- Support ongoing professional development through progress toward actuarial examinations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, actuarial science, or related field
- At least 1-2 CAS exams are strongly preferred.
- Prior internship or relevant P&C pricing experience are a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability of results
- Ability to communicate results and assumptions
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data and model results
- Results-oriented with the ability to adjust priorities when necessary
- IT and statistical skills are highly valued.
- Knowledge of SQL is preferred; VBA & Python skills are a plus
