The candidate should have a BS in a quantitative field, 4+ years of relevant experience, and progress toward ASA; expertise with Excel, SAS, SQL, R, or Python is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Actuarial/healthcare analytics background preferred.
• ASA designation preferred.
• Strong mathematical and statistical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop forecasted trends for Government Programs (Medicare/DSNP/Medicaid).
• Evaluate proposed benefit and cost sharing changes and their financial impact.
• Conduct pricing analyses for product lines and regulatory changes.
• Identify cost drivers and utilization patterns through experience studies.
• Document AI use cases and drive AI adoption within the unit.
