Germania Insurance is seeking an Actuarial Analyst I in Brenham, TX for a hybrid role requiring in-person work Monday–Wednesday. You will support rate reviews, modeling, reserving, and financial analyses, contributing to regulatory filings and business insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree that includes coursework in quantitative analysis.
• Successful completion of at least one Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) exam.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with statistical software such as Python or R preferred.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Coursework or experience in finance, accounting, or business operations preferred.
