We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Housing Specialist / Qualified Professional to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in Alamance County area. In this role, you will support individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness in securing and maintaining safe, stable housing while building the skills needed for long-term community success.

As a Housing Specialist, you are an integral member of the multidisciplinary ACT team. Your work focuses on housing stability, tenancy support, and rehabilitation services, including individuals participating in the Transition to Community Living Initiative (TCLI). You will be serving the Burlington and surrounding areas.
