We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team. Responsibilities include:

1. Assess patient capabilities, needs, and interests through medical records, staff, family, and patient interactions.
2. Plan, organize, and participate in treatment programs to facilitate patient rehabilitation.
3. Implement expressive therapy, leisure, and social activities tailored to patient needs.
4. Conduct sessions to enhance mental and physical well-being, instructing patients in various activities such as sports, dance, music, art, or relaxation techniques.
5. Develop and assess treatment plans based on observations, records, tests, and discussions with healthcare professionals, families, and patients.
6. Implement interventions to prevent harm and promote patient safety.

Qualifications:
