Base pay range

$66,707.00/yr - $66,707.00/yr

Job Description

Responsibilities include:

1. Following policies and procedures of NYC Health and Hospitals/Bellevue and Activity Therapies Psychiatry.
2. Preparing and adhering to personal work schedules.
3. Providing administrative and clinical supervision of staff.
4. Supervising Creative Arts Therapists under a limited permit as per NYS Education Law, Article 163.
5. Coordinating and monitoring group schedules for compliance.
6. Conducting trainings in crisis prevention and management.

Minimum Qualifications

Assignment Level I requires:

• Baccalaureate degree with specific credits in recreation, arts, and psychology or social sciences, or
• One year of relevant full-time experience, or
• An equivalent combination of education and experience with a baccalaureate degree as a minimum.

Assignment Levels II and III require additional experience as specified.
