Responsibilities

• Classified Material and Document Control; maintain accountability database; process inbound/outbound classified mail and records.
• Escort facility visitors; manage access control badges and logs; conduct entry/exit inspections.
• Enter and maintain personnel security files; support Personnel Security Administration in SPED sponsorships and billets.
• Follow and enforce Standard Operating Procedures; support security awareness programs; provide administrative support as needed.

Position Overview

Provide multi discipline security support to a customers facility and organization including day to day support for Collateral Sensitive Compartmented Information SCI and Special Access Program SAP activities

Key Responsibilities

Classified Material and Document ControlConduct classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence Assist in maintaining a document accountability database and associated correspondence Process inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records Destroy classified materials and provide classified reproduction support Process magnetic media for accountability Maintain daily administrative logs associated with document control Assist in processing inbound data and outbound data transfer files Transfer electronic data files to internal customers Facility Access and Visitor ControlMaintain an extensive customer point of contact database Assist in researching processing filing and maintaining inbound and outbound visit notices Escort facility visitors and maintain associated logs Assist in preparing facility access control badges Conduct entry and exit inspections Assist in maintaining facility access control entry systems including visitor control Personnel Security AdministrationEnter data into the Personnel Access Security System database and maintain all customer sponsored billets and quota information Assist in maintaining personnel security files for all personnel of the supported element Security Compliance and Administrative SupportFollow and enforce the customers Standard Operating Procedures Support security awareness and education programs Perform miscellaneous administrative support as directed by the contractor site lead or Senior Security Representative

Qualifications

Experience 35 years of related experience Required SAP experience Required Experience equivalencies provided in the source A bachelors degree counts as 4 years of experience An associates degree in a related area counts as 2 years of experience Security Fundamentals Professional Certification SFPC counts as 1 year of experience Special Program Security Certification SPSC counts as 1 year of experience Each separate SPED certification counts as 1 year of experience up to a maximum of 3 years ClearanceTSSCI; must be willing to obtain a CI Poly Required
