Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Programming Coordinator to join our team and help organize programs that meet the diverse needs of our residents. The role focuses on enriching psychological, intellectual, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual well‑being in a caring environment.

You will coordinate and implement programming, manage calendars, engage with residents and families, and collaborate with community organizations to enhance the resident experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in knowledge of aging and dementia.
• Must be qualified by experience and training to develop a robust calendar of programs for elders and persons with dementia.
• Possess current CPR if required.
• Flexible Schedule — willing to work on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing scheduling of events, trips, meetings, rooms, and group functions.

We are looking for a Programming Coordinator to join our team! As part of the Benchmark programming team, your role will be to organize and implement programs designed to meet the individual needs of our residents. Our programming is intended to fulfill basic psychological, intellectual, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs while promoting self-esteem in a caring, nurturing environment. The Programming Coordinator supports and assists in all necessary programming.

Programming Coordinator Duties And Responsibilities
