Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Programming/Activity Assistant to design and implement engaging activities for residents, meeting their psychological, intellectual, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.
Role supports the Activity Director and uses a compassionate approach to enhance self-esteem in a supportive environment. Tuesday-Saturday full-time hours, with a pay range of $19.75–$21 per hour.

This role is ideal for Expressive Therapists, Board Certified Dance Therapists, DMT-BC, Memory Care & Assisted Living preferred but not required. Accredited Masters of Mental Health Counseling- Dance Movement Therapy preferred but not required. We are looking for a compassionate Programming/Activity Assistants to join our team! The Programming/Activity Assistant organizes and implements programs designed to meet the individual needs of our residents. The program is intended to fulfill basic psychological, intellectual, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs while promoting self-esteem in a caring, nurturing environment. The Programming/Activity Assistant supports and assists the Activity Director in all necessary programming.
Tuesday - Saturday, full time
$19.75/hr - $21/hr
