Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as Activity Aide or Activity Director in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• At least one year in a director or managerial role.
• NCCAP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement activity programs to support residents’ emotional and social wellbeing.
• Oversee all aspects of the Activity Department.
• Participate in resident care conferences and coordinate with care teams.
• Develop new activity programs and keep up with industry trends.
