Job summary

AA Healthcare Management is seeking an energetic Activities Director to support residents with daily living activities in a caring community setting.

You will plan and direct activities that meet recreational, physical, intellectual, spiritual and social needs, communicate professionally with residents and families, and post monthly calendars. Certification as an Activity Director is required to lead with enthusiasm.

• Plan, organize, develop and direct quality activities for residents ensuring that the recreational, physical, intellectual, spiritual and social needs are met.

• Prepare and post monthly activity calendars.

We are currently looking for energetic, reliable, fun individual to assist our residents with activities of daily living. Must be a self-starter, enthusiastic, creative and has strong management skills. Must display leadership skills, creativity and have lots of patience.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Plan, organize, develop and direct quality activities for residents ensuring that the recreational, physical, intellectual, spiritual and social needs are met.

• Ability to communicate professionally with residents, family members, health care workers and co workers

• Prepare and post monthly activity calendars.
