Leisure Vale Assisted Living in Glendale, CA seeks an Engagement Director to plan and oversee a dynamic activities program that supports residents' physical, mental, and social well‑being. You will lead daily events, coordinate staff, and promote high levels of resident participation.

Qualifications

• Experience in activities programming, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong creativity and ability to design engaging programs.
• Genuine passion for working with seniors.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to assist in setting up and conducting activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and oversee a comprehensive activities program that meets the physical, mental, and social needs of residents
