Job summary

Silvis Center Rehab and Care is seeking an experienced Activity Director to create an engaging program that promotes residents' physical, emotional, and social well‑being. You will work closely with residents, staff, and families to design activities that meet diverse needs and interests.

In this role you will lead a team, coordinate volunteers, build community partnerships, and monitor program effectiveness while maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
