This role requires experience in activity planning in senior care, strong leadership, and Certification as an Activity Director.

Qualifications

• Experience in activity planning within a senior care, long-term care, or healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership and creativity to develop engaging programs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to activities in long-term care.
• Certification as an Activity Director required.
