Job summary

Aviate at Piscataway is seeking a passionate Activity Director to lead engaging programs for residents in our NJ facility. You will design social, recreational, and therapeutic activities that enhance quality of life and foster a vibrant, resident-centered community.

The ideal candidate has experience in senior care activities, strong leadership and creativity, and certification as an Activity Director; you will work with staff and families to deliver compliant, well-documented programs.

Qualifications

• Experience planning activities in a senior care setting.
• Strong leadership and creativity to develop engaging programs.
• Excellent communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations for long-term care activities.
• Certification as an Activity Director is required.

Activity Director Responsibilities:
