  • Adventure Coordinator: Map out and arrange smooth transportation for exciting local outings, appointments, and special resident events.
  • The Dream Team Leader: Assist in managing, supervising, and inspiring our fantastic activity staff.
The Serious (but Important) Details
  • Compliance & Safety: Stay in the loop with state/federal regulations to keep our programs top-notch and actively participate in facility surveys and safety committees.
  • Care & Collaboration: Dive into resident assessments and care/discharge planning, ensuring activities align perfectly with individual health and wellness goals.
  • Sharp Documentation: Keep accurate, informative, and timely progress notes tracking how much our residents are enjoying and blooming in your programs.
What You Bring to the Team
  • The Certification: A required Activity Director Certification to show you know your stuff!
  • The Experience: A High School Diploma (or equivalent); bonus points if you have a year or more of experience blooming in a long-term care setting.
  • The Mindset: A knack for practical problem-solving, basic math skills (ratios, percentages, and fractions for budgets/planning), and excellent communication skills to pitch big ideas.
  • The Energy: This is an active role! You'll be standing, walking, balancing, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. to set up events and keep the energy moving.
What's in it for You?

We believe in taking great care of the people who take care of our community.
