$37,273.60 - $61,526.40 per year

Responsibilities

1. Develop departmental goals, plans, and standards aligned with organizational requirements.
2. Manage staffing processes including hiring, training, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
3. Prepare and oversee departmental budgets and ensure compliance with funding and audits.
4. Evaluate services to meet quality and performance standards.
5. Ensure resident safety by addressing hazards and emergencies.

Requirements

• One or more of the following certifications: BLS Provider, Heart Saver AED, or equivalent.
• High School diploma with 5 years of relevant experience (including 2 in leadership) OR an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience (including 2 in leadership).

Preferred

Activities Director Certification is preferred.
