Synergy Senior Management is seeking an energetic Activity Director to lead social and recreational programs for residents. You will plan, coordinate, and lead activities, arrange off-campus trips, assist with transportation, and work with staff to enhance resident engagement.

Qualifications include two years in geriatrics or related field, strong communication, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and ability to set up events independently. Equal opportunity employer.

• Two years experience in geriatrics, recreation, community mental health, or social administration preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and perform simple arithmetic.
• Must be able to work with others in setting up for events.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to complete small set-ups independently.
• Must be able to assist residents physically in boarding the bus, sitting, standing and walking.
• Must pass background check.
