Job summary

Envive Healthcare of Anderson is seeking an experienced Activity Director to lead engaging programs for residents. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee activities that promote well-being, socialization, and a positive home atmosphere.

In this role you will partner with residents, families, and staff, supervise activity assistants, and maintain records. A compassionate, communicative leader with a couple years of healthcare activity experience fits well here.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years' experience in Activities and Long Term/Healthcare a plus.
• Management experience in Activities and Long Term/Healthcare a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with seniors.
