Job summary

Juniper Communities in Monroeville, PA is seeking dependable individuals to join our weekend Connections team. This part-time role focuses on creating and leading daily resident activities, supporting physical, mental, and social well-being, and delivering engaging programs.

Weekend availability required; some weekday mornings/evenings may be available. A high school diploma is required, with preferred background in therapeutic recreation, psychology, gerontology, or related field.

• Previous experience in healthcare or service-related setting (Preferred)

• Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating of the Connections activity program for the community.
• Works closely with Wellness Associates for the implementation of Connections activity programs.

Role

Assists in the creation, planning and implementation of the Connections program - the daily activities for our residents. You will ensure the maximum levels of resident leisure contentment, as well as physical, mental, and psychological well being.
